Windows 10 Ltsb Download
Just pointing out, since you're already choosing to move from LTSB 2015 to LTSB 2016 after a year, you need to understand you'll be on LTSB 2016 for at least 3 years. I know and understand the differences of LTSB and CBB. As a department we made the decision to go to LTSB over CB or CBB. We did our homework and understand that the 'features' will not be there (one reason why we chose it). The reason we chose LTSB is because there will not be major changes over the course of its lifetime.
Remote Desktop Connection: Windows 10 Pro system can be remotely controlled. And have many more features which are listed in features sections. The final conclusion of this post is that Windows 10 Pro has some new features so you can download and install in your system it has great looks so install in your system hope so you love it.
The only reason we are looking to upgrade to 2016 is because the three years until the next release would encompass the majority of the lifetime of the PCs. It is exactly what we want on an OS. No useless junk that our users will never need or use.

I'm in the same boat and about to make the decision to go with LTSB (LTSC now) for a Win10 deployment. We are an enterprise and nobody in a large org uses any of the Win10/Store apps that Microsoft makes, Edge, Cortana all unnecessary. We just need Windows, Office, Chrome, App-V, Direct Access. Seems like LTSB removes a lot of the headaches of the release cadence and the constant pilot/deploy/pilot/deploy of the Semi-annual channels.@choffman-indiana: Do you have any regrets or caveats of your decision to use LTSB?
