Elemental Destruction Magic Mod Skyrim

Posted on -

I recently started a new character, i play on xbox one, i still left mods running from my level 50 mage, like bosses of skyrim, beasts of skyrim, elemental destruction magic and black mage armor, my new character is a orc warrior, so i dont need elemental destruction magic, mage armor. If i take theses out or disable them will they mess up my new character? Also i,m playing on master difficulty, was about to make my way up to the greybeards, i kept running into this boss Kingslayer, this dude does not die, even on novice i could not kill him, every time i got him down to no health, he would regenerate.Posts: 3401 Joined: Thu Aug 31, 2006 11:10 am.

Elemental Destruction Magic (Dragonborn version) Adds earth, water, and wind as new types of destruction magic. Besides dealing the same amount of health damage as their vanilla counterparts, each new type of destruction magic has a unique secondary effect as well.

People will say that removing it will cause issues later, which is true, but a console player doesn't really have much choice, due to limited space.:/By that I mean, you will feel pressured to do so when you reach the limit. If there were much freedom with that, I would say not to remove it.But. I think you can disable it which is not the same as uninstalling(I really don't know how it works for consoles so correct me if I'm wrong) so no it would not affect your new character.

As long as that new save has not 'seen' the mod in question.Posts: 3508 Joined: Fri Aug 04, 2006 4:13 pm. If you take out Mage Armour i think it would be okay. Elemental Destruction magic should be fine to remove as long as you haven't placed any perks in them. However they aren't hurting you to use, so I don't really see the point of removing them. Does it matter if the perk tree has more destruction perks in it?

I wouldn't really risk removing them as there are no positives to removing them but potentially it could screw up your save.As for Kingslayer, Jaime Lannister is a tough mofo, especially if you climb a tower and look through the window and watch him being deviant. You don't want to mess with the Kingslayer.Posts: 3406 Joined: Sat Aug 18, 2007 10:30 am.

The problem comes from disabling mods and continuing to play with the same character after you get the warning message about missing content. If you want to play a different character with a different set of mods that's fine.

Just make sure you only have the ones you want to use active when you start playing the new character.Since you've already started the character you should really leave those mods in place until you start the next character.Posts: 3399 Joined: Mon Apr 16, 2007 7:16 pmDisplay posts from previous: Sort.

(NSFW). I know this has gotten a lot of attention lately, but I just want to pile on and say that this has SERIOUSLY revamped my love of destruction magic. In my current druid/dryad playthrough I've been relying heavily on all the cool alteration Druid spells from, but unfortunately that mod adds next to nothing in the way of destruction magic. The Dryad race mod gives you a -20% fire resistance stat, so being a fire mage was out, and shock/ice didn't really feel 'natural' enough for my character. Then I saw this mod and decided to give it a go. Hurling boulders at Alduin is the most satisfying thing I've ever done in Skyrim. I decided to finish 'A Blade in the Darkness' last night using only Earth magic and it was the most epic battle I've had yet.

Skyrim Elemental Mods

If anyone out there is feeling let down by the destruction magic schools in the vanilla game, I HIGHLY recommend this mod. Just check out of my last battle to see the possibilities: rip the ground asunder under your enemies feet! Bury them under rock slides, pummel them with an Earth Atronauch, or just drop boulders on them from the sky! It's basically being an Earth-bender in skyrim, and who wouldn't want that?Is anyone else currently building a non-traditional destruction magic mage? I havent experimented with the water or wind spells at all - would love to hear what others think.

Skyrim Destruction Magic

I love the spells and the way it re-uses a lot of assets from the vanilla game in this way, but I have to say that the atronach's seem.very uninspired. Earth Atronach is alright, although a little different model would've gone a long way. Wind Atronach is fine but doesn't really seem all that 'windy', it would be great if the author used the actual Wind Atronach's on the Nexus for that over the ones he implemented. But Water Atronachs, for me, are flat out terrible.I look forward to perk implementations and then the Ordinator patch. It would be cool if Enai himself added some of his scripting magic to the elemental perks as I'm not sure how good the author is at scripting. People say adding mods during a playthrough is always a bad idea.I always disobey that.EDIT: ALSO HOLY FUCK I CAN BE THE AVATAR NOWEDIT 2: Is there any way to change what a spell consumes? For example, I want the spells in this mod to consume stamina(think of it as expending your life force or some asspull plot point) rather than your magicka while other magic consumes magic.

Sounds overpowered, but i don't give a shit. If anything, i'll make the character the squishiest Dragonborn in the world if I ever happen to care about balance.
