CPU: AMD FX-8350, not OC'd.GPU: MSI GTX 770(2GB factory overclocked)RAM: Corsair Vengeance, 16GB at 1600MHzOS is on an SDD, but the game is running on a 7200RPM HDD. Dont think that would affect it.Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX. Audio Chip burned out, dont know if that would affect it either, but maybe when it went out, something else got affected that is changing my performance??900W Antec PSU.Haven't run any temp monitors while playing, but im trying to play it maxed out with all the unit counts doubled(it feels too small, otherwise.), and the game just gets choppy/bad fpsBuilding a new PC/upgrading parts isnt out of the question, as im thinking of doing that anyways, but I want to hold off on that for a few months, until they announce the next AMD GPUs, or the 980ti or something. What can I do to boost framerates? I havent tried using the GamingApp to boost the clock speed or anything, dunno how much that will help. (playing at 1600x900). The really unfortunate thing about the Rome 2 engione is that it forces the CPU to do a lot of the graphics cards job.

I play on Ultra but at about 40 fps but in really demanding situations I have to drop to high. When looking at cpui core use in game core 0 is always at 100% while all the other cores are at around 30%. That hasn't been my experience at all! I can bench 71 FPS all on ULTRA except veg. Alpha and dof OFF.
